Our Why
Our journey in establishing this actuarial recruitment business was a journey that found us, rather than the other way around. Driven by a profound desire to contribute to a larger vision, we set out to construct something meaningful, an endeavor that could serve as a stepping stone towards our overarching dream of uplifting and aiding the children of South Africa. The genesis of this aspiration was ignited when my wife and I made a
life-changing decision to provide assistance and care for five orphaned children who had been left abandoned on the streets.
This experience illuminated the critical necessity for children to receive not only love and guidance but also the support and education required for their growth. Through our recruitment platform and business, our aim is to not only connect actuarial talent but also to channel our fervor for cultivating the next generation of South Africans.
Our Approach
As someone with an actuarial background myself and exposure to some of the biggest corporations in South Africa and having undergone numerous interviews, I have gained a profound understanding of the industry's requirements, particularly within the actuarial community. Through these experiences, I've intentionally expanded my network to elevate my own career, and this endeavor has transformed into a personal passion that I'm eager to extend to others.
